The Ashurst Advance Pathways Programme, known as Pathways, is a new global graduate programme focusing on both business and legal services.
Pathway options include legal technology, legal process improvement, legal operations and legal project management. Unlike a traditional training contract, the end result isn’t the title of qualified solicitor. Instead, participants will have the opportunity to gain professional qualifications in these specific divisions.
Pathways aims to provide structured career development in ‘new law’ roles. Mike Polson, co-head of Ashurst Advance comments: ‘The launch of the Ashurst Advance Pathway Programme reflects the growing need for a wider range of roles and skills in the delivery of legal services to our clients’.
Successful candidates will be based in the international firm’s Glasgow or Brisbane offices. To be considered applicants will need a LLB or BA in Law, the LPC is not a requirement.
