London Bloomsbury is our largest campus and is close to London’s major legal hubs. As the capital of the UK, London offers enough culture, history and entertainment to suit everyone. With galleries and museums ranging from the Tate Modern to the National Portrait Gallery, to the glitz and glamour of the West End, you’ll always be able to find something to do. There’s plenty of shopping and restaurants inspired by cuisine from all four corners of the world.

Graduate Diploma in Law (full-time/part-time/online)

Our GDL is designed to build knowledge and skills that more than match a law degree. Academic training is built around real-life examples and case studies, and you’ll be given research assignments that directly reflect the way you’ll work as a lawyer. You’ll have the opportunity to explore an area of law that interests you via your own Research Project or our unique Law of Organisations module (option not available to online GDL (i-GDL) students). Occasional attendance at London Bloomsbury is required for i-GDL students.

MA Law (full-time)

Our MA Law is designed specifically for non-law graduates to gain a legal qualification at Masters Level. The MA Law is an internationally recognised qualification, so it’s ideal for a career path in or outside of the legal sector. MA Law students may also be eligible for a student loan.

Legal Practice Course (full-time/part-time/online)

We’re confident that our LPC is the best preparation for entering legal practice by offering you the skills to succeed in the business world. Future lawyers and business leaders need a wealth of skills to prepare them for today’s market place. Our client-focused LPC enables you to develop the commercial awareness, critical thinking and the necessary professional skills to prepare you for the challenges of working as a solicitor. Study our LPC and you can gain an MSc in Law, Business and Management or an LLM in Professional Legal Practice at no extra cost.

The online LPC (i-LLM LPC) differs slightly from the face-to-face LPC, with a range professional elective modules to choose from, leading to a LLM in International Legal Practice or LLM in Professional Legal Practice, should they not decide to only take the core LPC. i-LLM LPC students will be required to attend London Bloomsbury occasionally. LPC Masters students may also be eligible for a postgraduate student loan.

Bar Professional Training Course (full-time/part-time)

Our BPTC is uniquely structured to mirror the real life experience of a barrister in practice. We’re the only legal training provider offering a live selection process. Study in small groups with plenty of opportunities to test your advocacy skills. With our BPTC LLM you can gain additional practical experience representing real clients in courts and tribunals. Masters students may also be eligible for postgraduate funding.
